Project aim: To create a building remodelling project, to improve the insulation and energy efficiency of an existing building within the framework of ALTUM co-financing scheme.

Work done: During the development of the project, the current energy consumption of the building was investigated, and solutions were found that would optimally reduce its energy consumption.

Final result: A solution has been developed that is not only functional, but also dresses up the Soviet-era facade of the existing building in a modern yet simple design. As part of the project, not only the external and visual image of the building was restored, but also the internal engineering networks of the building in accordance with the requirements recommended in the energy certificate.
