Valdemara street, Ainazi

Project aim: To develop a camping-type recreation complex, with several types of modular building solutions, for the needs of different customer groups. It's target audiences are families or small groups of vacationers. The plot of land is located near the coast of the Baltic Sea, between the sea and the Tallinn highway, which provides a very good environment for creating a recreational park, both for its use and for attracting potential customers.

Work done: At the request of the client, 3D AD developed a visual and planning concept of the project to be used for the development of the area. The goal was to start with the placement of two modular buildings and grow the park every year until reaching its ultimate concept. Visual material was developed that shows both the external image of the building and explains its possible internal planning.

Final result: The customer's wish was fulfilled by achieving both the desired visually modern building form and an economical and ergonomic solution. The buildings were designed on a single modular system, which could be easily adapted as needed, without requiring large investments in neither construction nor in its reconstruction. The owner has started working on the development of the territory.
