Project aim: to develop a veterinary clinic in the premises of the existing commercial area, as well as to rebuild the entrance zone, modernizing and combining the entrance doors of the building.

Work done: Within the project, an analysis of the existing premises was carried out, and the most optimal plan was developed. Difficulties were caused by the configuration of the existing building. The room group has two distinct floor heights, which limit the publicly accessible room areas, forcing all the rooms and functions needed by the client to be provided only in a part of the total area of the room group.

Final result: Taking into account the wishes of the client and the limitations of the existing premises, a plan has been developed that meets the requirements of the customer and the requirements of regulatory acts. The group of rooms includes two reception rooms as well as pharmacy rooms and staff rooms.
