Project aim: To develop a renovation project for building facades, preserving and renovating the historical elements of the building and renewing the painting of the building. In addition, to hide the fasteners located on the facade, which were created to stop the dangerous deformation of one part of the facade.

Work done: During the development, all damages to the main facade of the building were listed, determining their type, and methods of conservation or restoration. In addition, the historical color layers of the building were investigated, determining the most suitable color for the restoration of the building's facade.

Final result: An elegant and detailed solution has been developed, which highlights the decorative elements of the building, as well as the classic division of the facade. At the same time, a solution was developed for hiding the fasteners, which fits into the contours of the historical facade of the building.
